Larchmont Mixed Use

1912 Palmer Avenue, a mixed-use building, in Larchmont, NY was, unfortunately, destroyed by fire and has been demolished. The new building, presented to the Larchmont Planning Board on November 6, 2017, includes a retail store on the street level and 10 dwelling units on the two floors above. The exterior of the building features composite metal panels, wood and glass.
