About
Founded in 1953, Papp Architects, P. C. is presently headed by principals Philip Fruchter, AIA and Jeffrey Hinksmon, AIA, whose varied backgrounds promote a diversity of architectural design solutions. The firm owes its longevity to its ability to change and grow with the demands of the marketplace and to constantly evolve to incorporate the latest technology and highest standards of the profession. Personal service to our clients, imaginative design approaches to the challenges of architecture, and close control of time and budget constraints are the prime objectives of the firm office. Preconceived ideas and repetition are often the result of specialization; we work effectively in the widest range of building types, which include commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, religious, multi-family housing, recreational facilities, infrastructure improvements, interior design, and site planning. The firm is dedicated to the belief that individual responsibility and close control provide high quality personal attention to all projects.
Papp Architects is committed to partnering with clients to be responsible stewards for the environment. We deliver solutions that fit comfortably into the local environment, do not overly burden natural resources, and provide value for our clients while creating lively, memorable places. Our ability to integrate high performance into our planning and design solutions, combined with our sustainable consulting expertise, enables us to provide life-cycle sustainable services for our clients.
Each project is the responsibility of a principal who is the liaison between the client, office team, and consultants. The office staff consists of project architects, designers, and administrative personnel. Engineering is performed by reputable consultants who are selected for their particular expertise in a specific project.
