

Site Work at One DeKalb
Site clearing and existing building demolition has commenced at One DeKalb Avenue in White Plains; the new six-story, 77-unit apartment building features a multi-toned terra-cotta rain-screen panel system on the exterior and a new public park along Maple Avenue.


Mayor Roach Visits Norden Lofts
Construction is progressing at Norden Lofts in White Plains. Brick cleaning and restoration is nearing completion and most of the new steel-casement replica windows have been installed. Mechanical and electrical rough installation is well underway. City of White Plains Mayor Tom Roach toured the project, today, with Architect Philip Fruchter and developer Matthew Hirsch.

On March 6, 2017, the White Plains Common Council voted to approve our application for the adaptive re-use of the former AT&T office building into 245 residential units.
