One DeKalb Approved

On Monday February 6, 2017, the White Plains Common unanimously voted to approve the site plan application for One DeKalb Avenue at new six-story, 77-unit multi-family building on Maple Avenue between DeKalb and South Broadway. Construction is expected to start in April. The exterior features multi-toned terracotta panels and silver aluminum panels.
