At Sheldrake Lofts in Mamaroneck, New York, the structure is complete, the steel casement replica windows are mostly installed, and the exterior brick masonry on the façade is underway. The development contains 96-loft-style dwelling units in three buildings plus four townhouses. Construction is expected to be complete in October.
