Construction Underway in Larchmont

Construction has commenced on a new mixed-use building at 1912 Palmer Avenue in Larchmont. Shoring, excavation, and underpinning of the adjacent buildings is underway. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2019 and will include ten apartment units above retail.
